Andrea Joy Cook (also known as A.J. Cook is an internationally acclaimed Canadian actor. Most famous for her role as Jennifer Jareau as a supervisory agent in the CBS crime show Criminal Minds. It has run since 2005 but in 2017, the show is currently on the 13th season. Cook was raised in Oshawa, Ontario Canada. She has always been interested in acting. A guest role in the TV series Goosebumps started her acting career. Her first film was the crime drama The Virgin Suicides, released in 1999. The movie was not a major film but it was a huge success. In the following year, where she took on a lead part, she was a part of The American Canadian Drama Series Higher Ground. In the following years, she was spotted on the crime-drama police series Criminal Minds which earned her a lot of fame and popularity as well as success.
