Madhuri Dixit

MadhuriMadhuri Dixit is a famous Indian actress who is known for her role in the films 'Beta'"Saajan," and 'Humaapke Hain Koun'. ..!' She started her career in the 80s and gained fame with her part in the movie 'Tezaab' in which she appeared with veteran actor Anil Kapoor. In the movie 'Dil she played with Aamir Khan. Born into a middle-class family in Mumbai the city, she began to study dance at an early age. She began acting as a youngster and struggled for several years, as the majority of her first films ended up being flops. She was successful, and soon went on to become a prominent actress in the Indian film industry. Following her wedding, she took some time away from acting, before returning to the entertainment field. In the past, she had a major role in the movie "Gulaab Gang", which was about the struggles and triumphs of women in India. Dixit was nominated 15 times for Filmfare Awards. Eight of these awards were hers. She also received the Padma Shri (the fourth highest civilian award in India). Her social work is also a highlight.
